Shipping and Returns

SHIPPING POLICY

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Some orders may require up to 2 weeks to ship due to product availability. If you do not receive an order confirmation email within 2 weeks of placing your order, you can contact roseline@roselinescanles.com for a status update.

The above are our order processing times and do not account for the time the package is in transit. Please note that USPS and UPS are both experiencing delays with delivery due to the recent surge in online shopping. We are unable to offer any expedited shipping options at this time.

REFUND POLICY

We take great pride in our work. We strive for every single candle to be enjoyed by you and help uplift your day. If you are not 100% satisfied with your product shoot us an email at roseline@roselinescandles.com and we will send you a new candle.

Please DO NOT send us the candle you are having issues with. We encourage you to keep it and recycle/upcycle it.
